It was a strange one because Cobb didn't even give a penalty, he put him on report after the handbags had finished and then just told Salford to play the ball.

Massive game for our season. Win this and we won't be far off at all finishing in the Top 8 , lose it and it'll become twitchy bum time. The team won't want to let themselves as well as the fans down after all the effort they've put in and the Coach is going up against the Club that fired him. Plenty of motivation all around.

Hope we can go in strong as possible and start like we did against Wire. Sick of the suspensions already, lets keep the fingers crossed they can't find anymore. Not sure what happened with Miller but even if he's charged, hasn't he got a Early Guilty Plea that he could use , can't remember him using it but who knows.

If Salford get their points back one or two further wins for us might not be enough to guarantee top 8

I may turn out to be wrong but I'd be mighty surprised if Salford get their points back just on what's come out about Tony Puletua and the dodgy payments. Let alone on the other Salary Cap issue.

I know Catalans got into the top 8 last years with 20 points , so we've got to be looking at that at the least. Points difference could come into play but we've got to make sure we don't let that be a factor. Ateotd if we keep up what we've been doing the past couple of months , we should back ourselves to get what we need at the least. Although there is that lingering doubt that it could all go wrong, that's pretty much inbuilt into Wakey fans minds.
