Please don't be true. I don't think Harris proved himself and would be too big a risk of failure for us. We need someone who gets results on tight budgets, not someone used to failing to get results on tight and significant budgets.

Not necessarily. He can review the CVs and applications of those interested. MC should only talk to the people he is seriously interested in giving the position to. That is why CV and job applications are scanned and then a select few chosen for interview.
