I notice on the bbc leeds website new retail park to start on 9 acre site at snow hill, wonder why this site wasn't considered as site for new stadium years ago when the thorns park debacle took place.

It's as frustrating as he'll having no news of negotiations but having had a bit of experience with tricky negotiations I know that a wrong word however innocent and well-meaning can completely wreck the whole thing. Same with revealing things before others are ready. Any trust that may have been built up simply vanishes. I'll just have to trust those involved..... And I do.
Doesn't make the waiting any easier though!

Some of you are beginning to come across issues that we have been dealing with for quite sometime.
