This business of not being able to build houses until a new stadium fit for superleague is built in the wakefield area, would the new cas stadium be classed as being in the wakefield area when its built?, hence could our club buy the ground then sell it for housing when the cas ground has been built and we could use the money to build our new ground at Newmarket.

i would have thought it depends on wording in legal documents, whether if its purely within "Wakefield City"boundary or the "Wakefield Metropolitan District Council" area. Castleford as a town is in the WMDC area, is Castleford's new stadium plan WMDC or Wakefield City, i myself think its the WMDC area but i could be wrong. maybe more work for the lawyers.

Is now the time for SWAG/Stadium trust to reveal the terms of the offer that yorkcourt made previously? Is this offer still on the table? Is there a willingness from yorkcourt to assist with the purchase?
