Just seen the shirt on the web site and the sponsors name doesn't to bad, I think all concerned have done the best they can with what they had. I appreciate the money raised and her money and business is as worthy as any other - but at the same time you don't want to put folk of buying if it looks to silly. It's not very corporate its certainly not O2 or Barclay's but it's not embarrassing either. Well done all.

Although hindsight is a wonderful thing, it would have been better for all concerned if the sponsor had been known at the time of the shirt design, so that it could have been incorporated in the overall design of the shirt.

That said, any business or individual who is willing to put hard cash into the club should be welcomed and applauded for doing so.

The raffle is a great way of bringing new sponsors into the Trinity fold and hopefully, they will like what they see.

I agree and my comments were tongue in cheek as I am biased towards Business Insight who I've managed to get involved in sponsoring Trinity for the first time....

I think it was a great idea, the shirt looks fine and the winners were true Wakefield fans. Its a win/win. Also a great idea/opportunity to do something along the same lines for the u19's & academy teams in the future.

It is a great idea and if it can get closet Trinity fans who have businesses with greater finance and connections to multi national companies to sponsor the club then I'm all for it.

In my opinion the club needs to also get this business interest from outside of the Wakefield District and to nurture it for the club to grow.
