As a Cas fan and believe it or not a wildcats fan (except for 2 or more games a year) I think the stadium issues are ridiculous and a awful lot of debate and even falling out between supporters has taken place.
I still read the posts and see the same conversations.
For what it is worth the people who have worked from the start with great resolve are still their and deserve credit and all the others who ok are frustrated seem only to be council bashers which really does not help.
It would be helpful if those who are attending meetings were left to focus on the job in hand and report back every now and then.

Just saying, but good look for the future.

I've not really paid much attention to the new stadium proposal but having just read all of the responses to this thread I'd love to know if there is any way us simple fans can help out? Do you need help with fundraising or support for publicity?

My hunch and that's all it is, is that there'll be some sort of call to arms in the next twelve months, you'll then notice all the doom mongers blend into the shadows.

I can't see the point in people being negative about it, the guys at the trust are fighting an uphill battle against a big corporation and a seemingly corrupt local government. They deserve the highest praise and I'd love to be able to support them. I hope you're right that we will be called up on soon

Lets all be realistic, this is never going to happen. Lets all stop pipe dreaming and move on. We need a solution and NM certainly isn't it. I don't think BV is long term either, I don't personally know the answer, all I know is that NM will not happen, how long has this dragged on now, wake up and smell the coffee

I'm inclined to agree about Newmarket, but I do think it could lead to some kind of compromise which would hopefully see Belle Vue redeveloped.

No point in beating round the bush. I admire the fighters but eventually they will tire of 'flogging a dead horse' and move on. Lets get a realistic solution sorted instead of dreaming about what could of been....
