You probably forgot the most significant Cas/Trinity player Kirmudgeonly..............DANNY BROUGH. If only we could have hung on to him. The best all round RL player of modern times in my opinion!

Don't care where or what club they have played for before so long as they give it 100% for Wakey they will do for me

There's only a few options open to any team;

1) progress your own youth players
2) bring in players who are struggling for games in teams above us
3) develop players from lower position teams
4) bring in foreign players

Unfortunately, we're currently at 2) when talking about players coming from Castleford but there have been times when they were below us and weren't considered rejects, but instead considered speculative players we could develop
