Quote: Sandal Cat "Think what he meant was that there is team A (Salford) and team B (us) and the referee decides that team A will win.
He was probably frustrated that we did not get a penalty in the fist half but they got 4 or 5. Dont think the gripe is the penalties that are given but those that are not. When we got in front at 18-16 they get 2 piggy back penalties which led to Pattersons try to put them back in front.
Of coure he may have meant something completey different.
Where I think we lost it was when on their line and winning 26-22 Scott Moore put a kick in when it looked preferable to me to pass the ball and if we did not score take the tackle on the line and keep them down at their end. Isn't hindsight wonderful.'"
If he thinks we lost because of the referee then we are in bigger trouble than anybody realised.
