Kirke played well against Halifax and scored 2 tries in the CC but has had a very poor injury prone season.

No mention of injuries by BS so it must be lack of form. Its a real shame as Trinity could do with all their players firing on all cylinders. ..hope he proves people wrong in the middle 8s and if given the opportunity plays really well.

Didn’t he wriggle out of coming to us a couple of years back, then when his time was up at Leeds he begrudgingly rocked up at B.V.

He was available the other week but not selected. Maybe BS wants to develop and improve players with the right attitude. We have shipped a few players out already but maybe we are keeping hold of him just in case

Kirke was appalling against Hull FC, admittedly in the back row, and given we've signed a gazillion forwards I'm not surprised he's no longer getting a look in.

When you speak to him ask him how professional he has been in rehab ( that has been all season ) and ask him how these mystery injuries occurred. As I say he should have been sacked.
