So much stuff on here recently about people moaning, about being either positive or negative. I think there's quite a lot of instances of double standards going on! After nearly every game in Brian Smith's post match press conferences he has commented on referee's and the RFL etc. In general terms, he's had a good moan, has he not?! Yet 99% of people have given positive comments re. this?! Good on him etc, mostly by the people who then moan at the moaners on here?! Let's face it, if no one did have stuff to moan about this would be a far more boring forum wouldn't it?! There's not that many new topics posted on here, so if you stopped the moaning/negative ones there wouldn't be much left for people to get their teeth into?! I think people's problem with the moaning tends to be who is doing the moaning and what they are moaning about. Ref's, RFL in general, some players who have left, opposing coaches and clubs, seemingly can be shot down on here, but not actually Wakefield Trinity (Wildcats) or Brian Smith, they are no go moan zones so it would seem......

To be honest, it's a forum by all means moan away, just don't expect everyone to agree with either your positivity or negativity.

Those being positive I'm sure are simply wanting to build fan team spirit in advance of the impending campaign
Those being less positive I'm sure are simply trying to be realistic

The only thing I would say is that the comments where you make your point from either side of that view, but then say the other side are idiots/stupid/rose tinted/miserable etc etc etc, is going to get a reaction.
Just make your point and leave it at that.............you bunch of moaning minnies

But surely it's good to get a reaction?! Then it at least sets off an argument/debate/discussion which is what forums are all about?! As long as it doesn't descend into blatant insults etc, which as far as i'm aware I haven't personally insulted anyone, and if I have and it bothered them I would apologise.

Don't do moaning personally, can't see the point really it won't change anything, but it's a forum and if somebody's positive post is negated by another poster's opinion then it's perceived as a moan, that's what forums do they're designed to create debatable subjects' which sometimes gets out of hand, and in the case of two or three posters' on here they unfortunately take it to another level with their insults.

I'll merge with the other one. No need for multiple threads on this.

You can't say a word against the club, MC etc without the usual suspects on rolling their eyes and moaning at the moaners.

Yet we have had our worse season for donkeys, aren't sure where we will even be playing next season,
attendance in a large slump etc etc.

All in the garden isn't rosy and it's unsurprising some people aren't happy.

It's a forum, whether good or bad, happy or sad as long as they keep to the forum rules they all apply.
If you don't like the way a particular topic is going, leave it. Start a 'happier' one if you wish.
