| Seen many a programme on tv 'location location location', if you were a business man where would you invest.
That was my point about how the glasshoughton area has been developed from being a pit/coke ovens to being a retail centre, ski centre, gymnasium etc something for all.
Someone goes there, car parks full all week, maybe just no one (families) from wakefield.
Think of that on matchday.
I am a cas fan but wakefield are my second team strange enough, i admire their fight and grit so in many ways they are no differant from cas. The stadium issues are brought on , like lots of other things, finance. Hence, look at the two projects.

You seem a little lost in Wakefield. Sandal Cricket club is in ....................................................... Sandal.
Sandal goes from Haddingley Hill where it meets Belle Isle to Chevet Lane where it becomes Milnthorpe. So Sandal RUFC play in Milnthorpe as their ground name suggests.

So if Sandal RUFC play in Milnthorpe and not in Sandal as you suggest, then why can't the cricket club play in Agbrigg as they back on to the houses on...........................................Agbrigg road AGBRIGG, while we are on the subject why do they call it Portobello Estate and not Sandal Estate or even Milnsthorpe estate? lost no, confused yes

| Remember seeing a house for sale in the Wakey Express a few years ago, I think it was on St Catherines Street or somewhere close by just off Agbrigg Road, but according to the advert it was in Lower Sandal (!!), and not Agbrigg
