Although AGENT XIII has a real downer on Carter, I sympathise with his concerns on this subject. When will we find out what the alternatives are? Surely this will have been agreed in principle if not contractually where's the harm in putting the option into the public domain? Wouldn't that be a useful as leverage when negotiating with the BOI.

If we're going with the poker anaology, I'd say he's raised the stakes, it's up to BOI to decide if they want to call or fold on the deal.
