What is the point of having an 8000 capacity stadium? To have any worthwhile future is SL 10000 is a minimum requirement.
The whole thing is a farce!

signed and sealed a 12 thousand capacity stadium this is what we want! 8000 thosand I believe new ground, fresh start plenty of new fans we would be more than 8000.
The sleeping GIANT would wake up!

If you read it fully, the club and the trust have the option of moving the current north stand and flats to NM therefore increasing the number to ? How many does the north stand hold?

Although the Benidorm flats are a bit of an eyesore, they are a purpose-built hospitality suite and sponsors box facility, and beggars can't be choosers !

I can see where you are coming from with this. When you look at the slides from the presentation here (slide 19):-

There is no mention of community facilities. I know the request for the 8,000 stadium has been rejected so it is probably moot now but the "community" aspect was/is the main characteristic of the plan.
