Yes, you can see why parking for BV could be a major issue if the former SuperBowl and Health Club is sold to an outside interest. The agents signs went up today for the site, interesting graphic.

Yes there does seem some conflict in images, but it's evident that right of way is controlled by the plot. The gym itself closes tomorrow,there were interested parties, but these pulled out. There have also been people showing interest in the site including the local Mosque on Catherine St. As a piece of land it obviously becomes a key point in the regeneration of BV and in my eyes this is the building that is being discussed behind the scenes by the council with several parties. Then again i could be wrong  |

That means a property developer has shown an interest in the site and has applied for planning permission. Things seem to be moving at last. |
