Gutted for the lad. Every time he looks like breaking through something prevents him from doing so. Last year he did his shoulder then got a five game ban. Hopefully the club have seen enough from him to renew his contract.

Agree, proper shame for him. Like you say it seems everytime he's nailing down a place in the team something happens.

This won't be the end of him. Can only hope he spends the time getting even hungrier and able to chuck himself in the deep end when he's back! By hungrier I mean that literally and metaphorically, he definitely has the size, don't want him losing that.

Definitely won't be, it doesn't sound too bad although it's 8-10 weeks out, so hopefully just a time thing and a bit of recuperation. At least he doesn't need an operation of any kind. He's our best home grown player atm so I'd hope a new contract is on the cards at some stage.
