A) How are they fitting him in under cap as had to move him to us to bring Locke earlier than anticipated and also Dobson coming in has taken a massive chunk of the cap.

It's Jake Mullaney. I just don’t understand why it says he was loaned out – because to our knowledge has hasn’t been. He has signed for Bradford for 2015 so unless some sort of agreement was made between the clubs to switch Jakes registration to them early I don’t know.
