| Let's make tickets cheaper for the masses and not just friends of season ticket holders. As you say WF2, last night worked, even I got off the sofa and parted with my money (after some persuasion from my friend) and saw a fantastic game right down to the wire. With just 3 home games left let's bite the bullet and get as many down to BV as we can

| Quote kinleycat="kinleycat"Can i ask you a question?
What other action do you think the club SHOULD have to take after supplying the people of Wakefield with a team that has take 9 points from 10, and beaten Leeds and Wigan in front of their own fans??
MyPOV is that the club can always and should always be doing something, but when oh when are the people going to be prepared to pay for it?
I'll answer your question, if the club want to get the missing spectators back down for the last three games, most of them will need picking up from home or the pub, will need paying into the game, and will need at least a free pie or pint or both.
This isn't about the club, its about the people...plain and simple.'"
so after reading all that,im guessing you dont think the club should charge a tenner for the last 3 remaining home games
a simple no would have done

I think you are missing the point.
A season ticket isn't just rewarding those that can afford to pay up front. It is to get money in early for the club.
They don't want to reduce income by giving discount tickets, but it is worth it if you pay in advance because they have guarenteed money and it can sit in their bank rather than yours.
They don't want numbers, they want money

| More need money than want money!
I think kids should get in free (or kids for a quid) with a full paying adult. I'd have to think that if I had kids, would I be able to afford to take them? I don't think I could.
We could also go with an overseas supporters club? With membership they could get free access to recordings of all home games. Instead of having to produce DVDs and posting, upload the games to a members area on the interwebs.

Just out of interest, what price would you be willing to pay for such a facility?

Said it a while back, the club ought to get exclusive interviews, content and full matches with commentary on the internet and charge an annual subscription. Perhaps it could be offered as part of the season ticket package but say a £50 charge per annum would boost the coffers no end.
