And this is where Health and Safety legislation comes up against the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards; I have the capacity to make my own decisions about hot beverage consumption, so your cage would be a deprivation of my liberty - you'd have to apply for authorisation from the local authority to put such restrictions in place and frankly, I think you'd be on shaky ground.
I'll go for the exclusion zone suggested by Hessle Roader; I hate the general public as a rule, so that would suit me down to the ground. |

Get your own flask then, and put the necessary work in prior to unleashing it's potential harm on those around you.
I think we've clarified now that a flask of strong tea is a potential death-trap. |

and the stewards were still not letting fans take their own food and drink into the ground at the Doncaster Road turnstiles!
One young lad had his rucksack searched and he had to leave his plastic bottle of Coke and two packets of crisps outside the ground.
Once again, shameful. I'm not sure whether we want fans to watch our games!
