Against my better judgement and what I stated after the Wire game, I went to Odsal and actually felt embarrassed to be a Wakey fan. It is such a shame, us fans did our part and more of us turned up than I thought would. Many answered the rallying call to be deflated once again.
The pre-match comments from Agar our 'leader' did not give me much hope, doesn't he realise that the result today mattered to us. Apart from a handful most of our 'players' looked disinterested and I think the coach has lost the dressing room. For me, he has to go, too much is riding on our status as an SL club and if more fans walk away we can't sustain it! Carter has to bite the bullet now.
Even if we win London he has to go, 1 or 2 wins followed by 4 no shows isn't good enough, the lack of heart really hurts. The Bulls deserved what they got as they were up for it, wrestled to play the ball quick and had a will to win. The comments after the game worried me, how can you use 3/4 of the interview to blame one decision that went against us, what about the 16-0 we served.
We desperately need a shake up off coaching staff, conditioning staff and to drop some playing personnel.
Ill be there at London and the Championship next year but passion must return please. I wasn't embarrassed to be a Trin fan because of my fellow fans or even the entity of the club/badge. I was embarrassed to be supporting those who represent the Trin on the field
