This is sort of how I feel also.
I don't have a problem backing the club but when we seem to be getting something right, the wheels fall off.
If we are looking to finish 12th this season, I don't think we will finish above this next year because we will have the same scenario.
If we are to break the cycle, there is no point re-signing the Washbrooks, Sykes and Mathers.
There are quite a few players coming OCC at the end of the season, that will free up quite a fair wedge.
This could be used to sign a couple of quality players, not 3 or 4 steady players.
But in the end they have to be coached right.
