| I recently bought a car , didnt check on everything , took a bit of a gamble. MOT was due so I took it to the garage , they said the tyres were bald and failed it. Maybe I should have checked that. So I took it home and a friend put on two new tyres and went I back to the garage. They look alright they told me but it still didnt pass the MOT as the other two still needed doing. So i took it home again and a friend put on two more. I phoned the garage told them what Id done and asked them to send the MOT. They wouldnt they said they needed to see the tyres. I couldnt believe it they were the same as the tyres I put on earlier. I told my friends and none of them blamed the garage for not issuing the MOT. They said it was my fault. I now need my MOT to get my car taxed and the garage hasnt room to book me in on time so I run the risk of a fine. Is it my fault , the garages fault or the vehicle licensing places fault ? Think about it...

You can prove anything with facts!
What a load of stuff and nonsense in this thread; with fans like ours, there's no wonder MC sounded so brassed off in that interview - I'd chuck it in an' all if I were him.

| Quote: Crouchingtiger "I probably am naive about it all , don't know the ins and outs of the rules etc but think the club must be at least partly responsible that's the point I was trying to make and don't think I'm sticking up for council I have lots of issues and think pictures like one shown is out of order and dangerous. I've seen your posts and respect what looks like a massive effort on your part and you should be applauded for your time , energy and organisation , the club is lucky , very lucky to have volunteers like you ! Anyway , the way things are going it would be nice to think that overcrowding would be an issue , time to concentrate on what's going on on the playing side - you any good at coaching ?
we do, this is reason why its sticking at the back of our throat, we have skills that's to willing to address the problems but I'm sure the council isn't recognising us as we are not a company, like I've said before we know the problems and are addressing them as we go.
I know I speak for the club on here but have no connection with the club, when I tell them something isn't correct there is almost a paranoia to resolve it soon as possible,
genuinely any money spent on Belle Vue is dead money as we don't own the ground, but the club owners both understand that they have a responsibility to keep up with maintenance and are looking to the next phase all the time,
what we want is only a level playing field, if we are getting pulled for bits about steps crumbling then other clubs too should address theirs, if our capacity is reduced then theirs should have the same, it is what it is.
now its funny that I have been to mend a hose stadium today, nice to see someone with a paint brush touching up but on walking around the stadium I could find quite a few areas that from the professional eye would give me concerns, this isn't a bitch at Wheldon road as I love going there a true rugby ground,
you can see the conspiracy theories when you know the council has at least more than one cas fan now I wouldn't want to start some rival argument but after the Bulls fiasco and that's still going, I'm personally fed up with the way things are going in our sport, their ground too has its problems but is run under a different council but with the change of mind from the RFL its no wonder that MC is ready to pull him self away financially.
don't get me wrong I know MC or CB can say one thing and when I've gone do the opposite but as yet what ever I have asked they have responded in a manner to correct it, gullible, yes I am but only once, what ever if we do go to Newmarket then we will have a few good tidy yrs in the old girl, if we don't then we will look to carry on with we are doing now

The Northstand where I stand for starters! It's the same every home game....looks fuller than it actually is.....the front rows leaning on the barriers are always pretty filled up, but then you have 5-6 rows behind each barrier that have a lot of space.....I reckon only half the seats were sat in......the terracing in front of the seats...if you'd have packed them all to one end it was nowhere near half full.....Cas didn't bring as many as I thought and was plenty more space over there.....
Looked about right to me the crowd....the obsession with fans thinking there is more in thn is announced I find pretty funny.....nearly as funny as the poster who said about the 3000 difference in last years fixture

CB was kind enough to allow us up top and I could see plenty of open areas, today MC showed me a pic of the ground count sheet record and it was what was announced, like he said why should we put our selves in more trouble by fiddling numbers
last season figures baffled quite a few
