A win is a win and a 30 point margin is a very big win - who cares how many they get our team has royally entertained us and got us 2 points.
If it were a cup final you wouldn't give a toss.
Yes big scoring games often indicate a more lax defence but equally they also indicate a game in which teams created many chances and finished most. What it may also indicate is that Wakefield in particular went out to play attacking RL and were confident enough to sacrifice some defensive work to play full on attack and why not if you can.
Will todays score and style of play have any relevance on the way we play Saints or Leeds?
I very much doubt it, I think defence will be on the top of every players agenda - however they will know for certain now that we at least have the match winners to create and score even from the more limited opportunities they will offer.
I'm still unconvinced about Agar but regardless of the opposition and defensive lapses that some on other threads are getting in a twist over - these are good results IMHO and deserve applauding
