Sammuts no stranger to the full back role and could be a nightmare for opposition teams when returning kicks (essential in the modern game). Had we not signed Godinet and Siejka then Sammut would HAVE to play 6 or 7, however we have to play and get the most out of the personnel in the squad therefore I'd find a pace for Sammut at 1.

Would strongly advise not playing Sammut at full back.
Can't catch a high ball to save his life. He can play there if ansolute needs be, but 6 his is best position. He doesn't have the defensive skills or composite to play at 1.

If we need to maximise the first choice players in the squad put Sykes at 4, Sammut at 6, Siejka at 7 and Godinet at hooker with Mcshane coming on as impact off bench?...Siejka not yet arrived and may not be fit for another 5 weeks so time to assess the strength of the various connotations etc

Let's just forget about Wildie who deserves a sustained run. Why has this Siejka got priority?
