said it last season and will say it again, for all his faults Mathers is the best full back option we have (and its not even close) so get behind him rather than waiting for him to fail. For every fault he has, Smith has the exact same ones and more; this was so obvious when Smith played fullback briefly last year

Don't rate smith either but if mathers is best fullback we've got god help us why ide like to know have we been left with him as our only option , anyway as I say he's gonna cost us dear this season or I'll come on here and admit I'm a poor judge

Start a Mathers thread if you want to concentrate on that.

I'm concerned about playing the overseas players that haven't even got off the plane yet. I'm not sure I'd just throw them in.
Though without them I fear we are in trouble at Salford.
