Chillax man, they just need to be published "on the website every Sunday" as advertised when people were asked to sign up

Yes I have bought into it, I've received emails and not received emails, Anthony has always responded directly and I support him and the staff at BV. But at the moment I still do have reservations about 'selling it' to family members who are not diehard fans.
I'm with Wrencat, if the 1873 draw is to grow which is surely what everyone wants then it has be run professionally and consistently. The results should be posted on the same day of the week and at a consistent time (Yes, there maybe the odd week where it's a day late) because it's about the club portraying a professional outlook to new fans, sponsors and businesses.
Joe Bloggs doesn't understand there are only 6 staff and it's run by hard working volunteers. All they see is their money going towards a draw and the irregular communication and the fear is that whilst the committed fans continue to support it, others may drop their support

Well..I suppose some people expect the club is run as a professional business...as we would like. The reality is that is it like a charity being supported by well meaning and hard working volunteers who can't do a full job beacuse of lack of resources...Bit like the NHS I suppose...
To be honest I view my 1873 as a charitable donation to the club I love; its a challenged group that needs support. I expect to win nowt and put the money in cos I cant get to all games where i live. I have long since given up on competency at Wakefield Trinity RLFC but I still love us!
