This is the bit that is suspect:

DC says that the Hospice has been paid, so I think that line on the sites website is defamatory and even if true when originally written it should have been changed when the hospice was paid.
I have great sympathy for the manufacturer/seller as well and hope he recovers his money but there seems to be an attempt to garner support and indignation by including the hospice. Without the hospice this is just another supplier who was shafted by Elston.
