It should be a cracker , dont agree with poster who claimed east leeds use size alone to win games they spotted criggs weak points and beat team all over this year . The size helps in softening up others but its not the brains behind a good set up IMO.'"
Seen as it's aimed at me I will respond accordingly. Whilst playing Crigg away in the Barla Cup, East Leeds didn't pass the ball through more than one pair of hands ALL GAME, and the majority of the ball went to both props and the LF, with the occasional scoot straight from DH by their very quick centre (no 3). If the fact that they don't pass the ball at all, and give at least 75% of the possession to there two props and their LF means they don't rely on size and power then I totally agree. Whilst attacking the Crigg line in the second half (approx 5yrds out), the majority of the team were stood on the 10mtr line exactly in a row, as if they were defending - because even their own players know the ball will not be passed and will simply be driven over by a big lad!
Mark my words, in 2 years time East Leeds will be mid-table at best.
