I also had the pleasure of meeting him, I think in 2007, when he walked from Hull to Old Trafford, prior to the Grand Final. Me and my son joined the leg that set of from Featherstone. Also present that day, were Jamie Rooney and Shaun Briscoe. They all spent a lot of time talking with us and remember them playing with my son a lot that day.
