i didnt want to put the reason on here for the first post but now due to lack of help here goes.
20th oct purchased two players shirts and paid for via paypal 21st oct the shirts being alis and bens away shirts ,
item delivery date 30th 31st oct its now the 7th oct and no shirts and moreover no replies to emails sent to andy morgan i have emailed mark winder but to no avail because his replies were not helpful at all. no information
the latest was items sent 30th oct the cost was not cheap but i knew the money would help in some small wayim not rich and work hard all week b ut to be fobbed off like this is very annoying
once again sorry if it should not be posted here but im lost for what to do next

ps i have a papertrail of the transactions and emails

Its 7th Nov now not 7th Oct pal as you said but if you paid using paypal on ebay you are protected 100% if you don't get them so don't fuss !!!

Might just be a Royal Mail thing, I bought something off eBay and it took a week longer than expected, the date on the package showed it was posted when they said, it just took ages!

Could well be the case, but you can't excuse a customer being ignored by the club, seems they are too busy flogging players to be bothered about selling shirts to fans who have dug deep.

I had same problem i bought frankies shirt no reply to any messages on ebay in the end i rung ticket office and girl there sorted the problem and i went and picked it up

Probably no money left for postage and they are hoping people will go pick them up.
