| At the end of the day a lot the problems that still remain are still issues left from Glover and Elston, So things wont change over night we all no it has been a case of jobs for friends and family during that time, majority of the admin staff reception etc where Sarah's friends.
Give it time to see Carters full effect on the day to day running, He cant just walk in and sack everyone. I do think its getting to the point where the club needs to just sell who they need to and start again.
If the club end up selling Kirmond it would be better now than in two/three months time when the club doesn't have time to adjust and the players will need time to adapt to playing without him.

Indeed. I would like these comments passed to the club for answers. This kind of thing has been going on a long time, not just now mind you. I joined Club 1873 at the ground first time it came out. They lost the form. I did another. They couldn't get the Direct Debit Sorted, they were having problems with The Halifax. It was almost a year before the first DD was taken! I couldn't give them my money....And now it seems nothing has changed.

| The way I see it is that a guy who was involved in the club but not actively has suddenly found himself holding the reins of the runaway horse as it bolts down a steep hill to a cliff, all of this with a large crowd looking on. I have no idea how hard it is to resolve what is going on behind the scenes, what kind of mess has been left behind, but the impression I do get is that he is trying his hardest to bring it under control in a way that ensures the horse doesn't bolt again.
There is too much expectation of instant transformation and maybe too much expectation that we can somehow magically carry on as before. The magic formula is probably Glover's marketing skills and Carter's pragmatism. As we have to choose, Glover's marketing skills just postponed the mess for another day, and so for now I'll settle for pragmatism.
We can all have a great time and go out every night and spend what we want, but when the credit card bill lands, it's either carry on and go bust or stay in with a take away.
