I think you will find he is still the majority share holder and therefore owns the club. If the shares were bought by the current board they would need to be approved by the RFL just like Bradford were.

At the end of the day a lot the problems that still remain are still issues left from Glover and Elston, So things wont change over night we all no it has been a case of jobs for friends and family during that time, majority of the admin staff reception etc where Sarah's friends.

Give it time to see Carters full effect on the day to day running, He cant just walk in and sack everyone. I do think its getting to the point where the club needs to just sell who they need to and start again.

If the club end up selling Kirmond it would be better now than in two/three months time when the club doesn't have time to adjust and the players will need time to adapt to playing without him.

I stand by my theory of questioning everything the club does, whoever is in charge. Not much has happened to question yet. Players sold as we expected, and what else?

(There's a great irony in at least one poster here bagging (to use a colloquialism) the last mob when they are one of the first to post kissing the backsides of anyone in charge, then changing their tune when it all goes wrong. This offer and similar ones should be taken up by the club especially at this time of year spread paid staff with volunteers to 7 days a week if possible!

I don't know details regarding HR and legislation, but if we have made staff redundant etc, their 'work' should also have gone. If the 'work' is still there as would be so by having another body (eg volunteers) doing the work, then could the original staff go to a tribunal etc.

As I say I'm no expert in this respect, perhaps someone could clarify/put me right.

I agree entirely, but this used to happen at the club when we had 10 times more staff

So do we know how many people have left the club without being replaced in the last 3 months? Because when this was asked on the website Q&A Carters answer was typically wooly and didn't really answer the question.
