Not sure whether many people know, but our Heritage numbers are complete
I've spent many an hour in the local library putting all the players together and double and triple checking everyone.

I notice that Wigan and Leigh and announced there's recently.
We will have an official launch soon in association with the club.

There have been 1,330 players, no.1 being Harry Kershaw (full back in the very first Northern Union game in 1895) and no.1330 is Bobbie Goulding jr (our most recent debutant)

If we did shirts of those eras I'd actually get a name and their heritage number added rather than playing number.

I quite like the idea of wearing the 1,000. Steve Ella was quality but I'd probably go for either a Blue 740 or the White 928
