Although Darren's pedigree in RL is there for all to see, what grounding does he have in education? An extended diploma consists of up to 18 individual modules that could include anything from sports psychology, anatomy and physiology, fitness training and programming amongst others. Is Darren the sole leader for all modules or will others be involved? I assure you that if this is the case, students enjoyment, development and progression will be hindered!!

I'm sure he's not the only one doing it.......but it would be good to see the structure and who is heading what.
Clearly both sports experts and education experts need to be involved in equal measure.
If it's the same person, great.
