Keith Mason was dismissed for allegedly posting a picture of a mans anus on Twitter following the antics of 'Mad Monday'; that dismissal was later found to be unfair and it cost his employer, in total, about half a million quid. The fact that his employer had already signed a younger replacement is not something I can comment on - it's for you to draw an inference about whether that influenced their decision, or not.
In short, a bit of Twitter nudity is not something that the RL world can be too squeamish about!
