I'm a little surprised at the length of contract Agar has got if 3 years is true. We made similar contract mistakes with some players like Mellars etc.
He's done ok but think that with the squad we had we should have been around 8th and have under achieved. The players themselves acknowledge this. Next year will be even more difficult for the team and Agar so 3 years seems disproportionate.

Positives
We are sorting our finances before its too late
We are open and actively seeking new investment
