Quote kinleycat="kinleycat"I thought it was obvious, £400k will see us through to next season, I understand that to be money to keep paying wages in the off season. There is certainly no talk of it being spent on anything else.
Baring in mind we have had 1000 plus ST renewals already this is a problem for down the line also.'"
I don't understand anything yet as I have seen no figures and I'm not aware that anyone has so I'm certainly not going to speculate on anything, positive or negative.
You and Get em on Side may be right, it may be just papering over the cracks but if you are right we may as well pack in, let the Bank of Ireland sell Belle Vue and build some houses on the site and I'll bu££er off to Florida more often with all the money I'll save because if we go under again I think that's the end of the line.
Again if you are right I cannot understand why Michael Carter and the Board don't just chuck the towel in now but they are up for the fight.
We can either carry on fighting or give in now but I'm not giving in. I've too much emotion invested in Wakefield Trinity to give up without a fight. Having said that I'm not going to "die in a ditch" for a lost cause but whilst there is hope there is life.
