I find it hard to believe that he has time to do it but am prepared to let it go as I don't really believe anything anyone else says either.

If it is for real, then I think it is something to be applauded. Dialogue with the fans is integral in my opinion and there is nothing wrong with a bit of transparency and honesty. This club has lacked both in the past and it has got us nowhere!
