Why get rid? One of the few decent mascots about!

Did he decide to hang up his head or was he pushed. I cannot believe the latter but anything is possible I suppose. He deserves some sort of recognition for the years he has entertained us and supported the club. I still remember the vision of him throwing his head onto the floor following one of our many unimpressive performances, this time against Saford.

Also threw his head on the floor at Wigan at home in challenge cup.

My two boys absolutely love him and it would be a travesty if he wasn't there next season. He can't cost much.

My screen saver is Daddy Cool with my children at the 140 year celebration at Belle Vue when we played London Broncos. I think he helps bring the young families in entertaining the kids.





use Mellars as Daddy Cool at least that way he'll get some time on the pitch entertaining the crowd!?

Any pennies/tickets he did get were normally whatever Dav could sort him out. Worth more to the club than a lot who are/were on the payroll.
He will be back. He can't give it up. He loves it. Think he's been at it a good ten years now. Maybe a testimonial should be on the cards

Vast majority of his fan club will be too young to post, but I hope you're right FM. The guy's absolutely brilliant. My kids loved him when they saw him. You couldn't wish for a better mascot.
