I'm trying to avoid false hope being raised, which could in turn put off a potential investor, who thinks someone else looks like they are interested, so I won't bother.

Are there still no signs of interest by anyone? I know it mentioned about meetings but nothing concrete. Has anything developed?

They've been there for as long as anyone can remember, just depending on who is in charge at that moment in time depends on why they won't invest.
It's something that people make up sadly so that they can blame the current incumbents for holding us back.
