Nobody is saying offer Kaye a lump. But come on he has progressed and looks like one of the better youngsters at the club and will likely see first team action next year.

He should be sat at a table and a reasonable contract be thrashed out.

Look at Lyne... After one game he impressed... A few more runs out and we've found out what he's really like!

Molley... Obviously the potential must of been there for us to give him the salary he is on... But he has not delivered that potential...

All I am saying is we cannot waste what little money we have on potential... The contact must match current skill level and Kay is a fringe squad player at the moment. A pay rise, yes but not Fox's salary. Lets not go overboard

Offer him the best we can.

Looks a good player, certainly has potential, give the lad a reasonable contract and the 6 shirt for next season and lets see what he can do! Same for Walshaw, Cowling and Annakin (in their respective positions obvs)
