There are any number of things that the club could do to increase take-up, but that side of things doesn't seem very organised; it might be a wily investment to employ a proper marketing professional, even if only on a short-term, consultancy basis - someone who can put together a really solid marketing plan and put some systems in place that will last well beyond their tenure.
In the meantime, I'd flog the players and the Dolls to death in the months leading up to Xmas; they're very marketable for really obvious reasons, and it makes perfect sense to sweat your existing assets.

Well they could have saved them a few hundred £'s if they cross checked their 2014 season ticket holders and 2013 season ticket holders database as 3 letters received at my house this morning letting us know the benefits of ST's when I've already paid in full for me and my 2 lads ST's for next year on the early bird  |
