The last figures posted at Companies House stated that Andrew Glover owned 55% of the shares in Spirit of 1873 Ltd with 4 other Directors having 10% and James Elston having 5%.
Is AG still major shareholder but just stepped down as Chairman or has there been a "redistribution" of share ownership.
