Lyne and Kay on the left edge... could be a baptism of fire in defence for the young lad. Mariano not exactly a natural centre either. Our back line looks rather ominous. I'll be happy with the boys if they at least compete and lose by less than 20.

I don't know why we don't play Kay at 6 and put L. Smith in the centre with Lyne on the wing? Who's playing loose? Trout? Meh. Washbrook or Trout at loose is like trying to pick between two blunt knives.

Hope we sign a decent loose for next season or maybe try Tautai or Annakin there.

Annakin/Tautai would be worth trying at 13 before end of season. Addy would also be a good acquisition for loose forward. All 3 would be better than Washbrook.
