Okay..I'm the first to admit that I hate spending money, and would virtually have a seizure at the thought of throwing money down the drain, but after a bit of pressure from HRH TRB (



), I have finally got around to subscribing to Foxy bingo (it costs you a tenner, but you then get £20 extra to play with, and if you enter the code WTW when registering, the club gets £50).

Now being on nights this week, I have found myself at a loose end on an afternoon, so have been playing the slots, (mainly to use my entitlement up, and move on with my life !!), but have been having a bugger of a job LOSING MY MONEY !!!!

Now it 'aint going to let my retire or give the club a mountain of dosh, but I have just won £37 on the damn thing...





so might just have to visit the club shop ands see what's on offer !!!

I did it when it came out, won £60 then left it for a few months before retiring from my online bingo career. Good to hear we are the leaders in SL for this offer, shows we are a passionate (if not slightly sad) fanbase.

Same here - joined on the week of release and after singularly failing to understand the bingo, attempted to lose all my money on the slots; couldn't do that either, so gave up.

Shame about the resulting spam emails mind you, but I can live with that.

Instead of spending it in shop your winnings why not give it to family or friends to open up an account with it, i lost mine as expected but if we all did that who won then the club would be in a bit better financial situation.

Said at the time it was launched the club should have paid the tenner for everyone and opened the education suite up for people to subscribe. Would still make 40 quid profit on each person and get loads more signed up

And I agreed at the time - hold an event and get the Dolls doing the rounds with laptops and signing people up on the spot; they could wear t-shirts saying, "I'm Foxy - are you?" We could even have got DC and that daft fox off the adverts racing the length of the field and such. Maybe even get Neil Fox and Peter Fox involved - they're both Foxy!

Bit of imagination and organisation required, but I'm sure it could have been made to pay off.
