Eric France going bust was always on the cards, he's done it a few times already, thats how he operates oh and the whisper is he'll be back up and running soon.

You won't find many clubs who DON'T Spend/Budget monies promised by the main sponsor whoever said sponsor may be ! Or many clubs big or small who would have turned FRANCE's offer away, so not sure what your point is really.
