What did you have to do to get the shirts, we bought our tickets from the shop and when we asked about the shirts they had no idea and looked confused ?

The shop sent me o the ground for mine, why i asked, was told because you got your tickets from there. so off i go to the ground, no record of me getting the tickets from the ground, but they gave me the shirts in the end, why they could not have gave me them in the ridings god knows
