But are you happy to keep him as a fringe player then who is not sent out on loan or played like Motu Tony and others a few years ago? Think a small club struggling financially has to look at developing its players and if they are not in the 19 week in week out then they probably have to be loaned out like Trout, Goulding, Mariano, Mellars, Walshaw, Kay and Cowling to name a few. Molloy went and played one game for Dewsbury and that's it. Why?
