Sounds like its the end for Frankie or Vince then but if this signing is cheaper and offers us more value for money then I'm happy with it. Mariano was great in his first season and had a good end to the season last year for most parts but he looks too lazy this year and I'd rather us have trout in the second row than Frankie who also looks to be carrying a a few extra pounds this year. Vince with the exception of the odd game has been pretty anonymous in his time here.

Put a good shift in especially as he has been out of the game so long. I think it was him that also ran on and took our kick off in the second half

I think it was Ben Shulver who got to and took the kick off. I thought all the youngsters showed up well, Shulver, Maskill, Cowling and Kay all did well.
Molloy did very well and was a very willing worker, more so than Frankie IMO (although he did take his try very well) . I have to say that in the first half I thought Mariano was conspicuous by the lack of work he got through (although he did make two or three strong runs he really had a chance to prove Agar wrong and didnt grasp it fully ). His second half performance was better but I was hoping for more from him really.

Promising start, he was limping midway through the second half though. Hope he can pick up his fitness up and make a good career for himself.
