what a load of plonkers from both teams. Spending their money to stand on terraces and spend their time counting away fans. I go to watch the game, but I suppose if it gives people pleasure to be able to come on forums and tell everyone what the away fans attendance was good luck to them.

Let's hope that they come in numbers, pack out the sides and make plenty of noise - and let's hope that we see a competitive, blood and thunder game of RL, with a close win for the plucky underdogs, punctuated by a Danny Brough temper tantrum and one of those awful performances he can put in when things don't go his way!
Anyone else looking forward to the Wakefield Destroyer and the Huddersfield Hulk locking horns?!

I thought about that but I'd just like to see how they'd play as a unit in the same side, might not work but possibly work great, we'll never know though.
One thing that came to mind when I was thinking about it, is how we used to struggle of getting the best out of both Drew and Brough when they were on the pitch together. |

I remember a few seasons back when we were top of the SL after having played more games than Huddersfield have now. We didn't stay there long after that and just about went into freefall.
Just because you're up there now doesnt mean your team is worthy of that position and personally I dont think you are that good. That said, you have a stronger sqaud than us (and should have because money talks doesn't it) and in reality I think you will win on Sunday BUT until Huddersfield actually win anything you should show respect to clubs such as Wakefield because in real terms you are no better than us - 'won nowt for years!' |
