Ok lads on a serious note if you read my comments on your site after the game I did say it was good to get some biff on the pitch and I actually hope your man does well this year. I for one would not have sent him off it would have made the game interesting.
As for the term town yes you are right it is a city and I lived there for a good few years, my daughter was born at manygates.

We know Wakefield is a city its only because you've got that big church like thing near the old shopping centre. All Chapylad is saying is Wakefield is a city with a small town mentality. Who in Wakey would argue with that?

Wakefield is a decent sized city. Leeds has areas that would give the slums of south africa a good run for their money. Honestly say wakefield hasnt got areas like that. Proud of OUR city.

That`s why I support the Leeds Rhinos born and bred there.
Not so sure your "city" has any soul left tbh which is a real shame.
Most of the people I know who live in Wakefield come to Leedsto enjoy themselves.

Who is most, I rather go round Wakefield and if I wanted to go some where diffrent Manchester/London/Sheffield much better night out..
